Cavell demonstrates strong knowledge of the local market, and since taking over the management of our property has been able to increase the rent significantly while maintaining a relationship with the tenants. He is efficient and communicates clearly. The transition from our previous property manager to wombat real estate was fast and seamless, with minimal involvement from us. The rent is passed on to us at the end of every week, which is unheard of in my experience, most property managers make payments to owners once or twice a month at most.
