How quickly can Wombat take over management of my property from another agent?
Once our management agreement is signed, we’ll reach out to your current property manager and start the transfer process. If they’re on board, we can often have your investment safely tucked into our burrow in just a few days.
That said, Queensland law and most management agreements require a 30-day notice period. This ensures a smooth handover, keeps your tenants happy, and gives everyone time to get things in order. We handle all the details, so your property is well cared for from the moment it joins the Wombat burrow.
